A Night Out
One of the nights we were in California we got to go out with Andy and Mandy and spend some time with them. They took us out to Balboa Island which was so pretty. I had never been there before and the sunset was unreal. Jordan and I thought the ferry was pretty awesome too, where you ride across the harbor IN your car, pretty nifty. We had a great time with them going out to dinner and then games back at their house. I love Jordan's family and the closeness I feel to them every time we spend time with each other. Thanks Andy and Mandy for a great time, can't wait until next time!Monday, January 12, 2009
New Years 2009
This was my favorite float. I loved the colors and the amount of roses was unreal.

After the parade we had the same 67 people over to the Walburgers for lunch and football. It seemed like forever since I had seen alot of them so it was great talking and catching up with everyone. We had an awesome vacation but it's good to get back and in the swing of things, and are we ever! I hope for great things in 2009 that are all happy: having a new baby and seeing my sister come home from her mission to name a few! Happy 2009!
Christmas Recap!
As Walburger tradition goes, the nativity is acted out and it was more than entertaining! I loved it. Little Eliza was the angel and a true angel she is. She was perfect the whole time we were there!
Here is the Bethlehem crew: Andy as the donkey, Anna as Mary, Clayton as Joseph, Jordan as King Herrod, Eliza as the Angel, and little Chasers as the "Soldier".
Here is where my lacking of pics takes place, we didn't take any pictures on Christmas morning or day, but we had a wonderful Christmas and a big thankyou to Gary and Judy for the wonderful gifts. My cute Mom and Dad on Small World

We scoped out a great spot for the "holiday" firework show and sat there freezing to death for an hour and a half, they started right on time, we got through about 15 minutes and then...."Attention please, due to the weather conditions we are not going to be able to proceed with the firework show" (something to that effect). Great! Our booties are numb along with our hands and feet and we waited for all of that! Atleast we got to see the fake snow fall walking out which was pretty neat. Other than that we had a fantastic time and I loved being there with my fam. Afterwords we went back to their hotel and had our Christmas with them opening eachothers gifts. Thanks again Mom and Dad and Grandma!
