It's here! For Mother's Day Jordan got me this sweet beach cruiser! Isn't it awesome!? Last week when I came home from the gym I walked in the door and there it was, all shiny and lime green. Jordan had picked it up and totally surprised me. I can't wait for Drake to get a little older so we can put him in the trailer and take some bike rides! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou babe, I love it. Now what should I call her?

Happy Mother's Day!
Blessing Day
Drake was blessed on May 3rd and what a special day it was. Jordan did such a great job on his blessing and the rest of sacrament meeting was very special. We were so grateful to have so much family and friends there to support us. Drake had his share of being loved by everyone!
Drake looked so handsome in his blessing outfit. What a stud.
After church we had everyone over for lunch. It turned out so well, we loved having everyone over and was so sad when everyone had to leave. What a great weekend, thankyou to all that came!
Crazy Busy
April was a busy, busy month for us with projects. Projects around our house we wanted to finish before all of our family came in town for Drake's blessing. We first started on our bedroom. We had never finished our bedroom and it needed a serious makeover. So I started by finding new bedding, then painting (love the stripes), new accesories to decorate with, window treatments, fan, lamp shades, and a tv (Jordan insisted on). We were so glad when we were finished but love the outcome. Everytime I walk in my room it makes me smile. Yes, cheesy but I love the retreat we made for ourselves! Now I just have to finish our bathroom my Mom and I painted last week!

About the same time we finished our room we started on the outside, I should say Jordan than me. We had curbing done around our planter and trees and it turned out so nice, I am happy we did it. But after they were done what a job it was to rip the extra sod, dirt and mulch out. Not to mention Texas had some serious rain that week and we had no other option than to work in it because of our time crunch! So after the 20 wheel barrels of dirt and what not, a rototiller, and mud everywhere... we were finally able to plant new flowers, plants, lay new dirt and mulch (thanks to all our friends and neighbor)and whalah we have a beautiful planter. We are so glad that job is done too but love the outcome!
