Love this Game...

Over the past couple of weeks, maybe even months now, Jordan and I have found a new game that we BOTH love and BOTH have not gotten tired of it yet. I love it. Such a fun game to play as a couple. We play almost daily whenever we don't have anything to do or while we are watching TV. I love it because we are actively doing something together as opposed to just being in the the same room watching TV or being on the computer. Quality time with my hubby. I think it just might be packed into the hospital bag!

Spiritual Highs...

I loved EFY when I was a teenager for the 3 years I went, not only to meet the boy toys, but for the spiritual high I always felt and left with after the conference was over. The Church History Tour I went on to tour all of the church history sites in the east in high school, was also one of those spiritual high times in my life. Youth Conferences... same way. After these type of events, I am always up on a spiritual high to do my best at everything, to start reading my scriptures more often, am always aware to make the right decision; the picture is so clear as to what I am supposed to be doing in my life to be better.

Well this past weekend was my stakes Womens Conference and I look forward to this conference every year, since I have lived in Texas. Our stake always does a fabulous job and this year was no exception. The theme was "Be Still and Know that I am God" (Psalms 46:10) All of the speakers and classes were awesome that have made me feel like I am on that spiritual high again. To be surrounded by so many women of faith was such a great feeling. I loved it.

Unfortunately the spiritual highs eventually fade BUT the memories don't. Great weekend.

Baby Update!

Come 3 Weeks from today and we will be holding this little boy in our arms!!! Today we went and had my last ultrasound to see how big this little guy is and I must say he was so cooperative we got to see his little face. He is measuring right around 6pds. 10 oz. right now which will bring him to be around 8pds come delivery time. I have to admit for as much weight I have gained and how crowded I am feeling I was expecting him to be a little bigger. I was going off my pregnancy with Maddie and from the get go I was told she was going to be big and granted she was!... I just feel way bigger now than I did back then. Who knows, the hormones must be getting to me or is it that I can't breath anymore or maybe it's that I can't bend over to pick anything up, or have aches and pains everywhere, hmmm just MAYBE it could be all of the above!! I am a wimp what can I say, every member of my family will tell you that I do not do well with pain, nope not a bit. And I am not afraid to admit it either!, so let me rant a bit k! :)
But I can't say it enough how excited we are for this babe to be in our arms. 21 days, here we go!

The infamous belly shot. This is for all of you out-of-towners not being able to see my big belly everyday! Yes, I know it looks like there should be a 9pd baby in me! I think so too!
