Nursery Update

Drake's room is probably my most favorite room in our house. I love how it turned out and I had to post the most recent additions. Jordan's cousin Wendy and hubby Derek made this cutest decal for Drake's wall. (Thankyou, thankyou) It matches the design on his bedding which you can't really see but it turned out fabulous! I love it! Along with the cute shag rug and a couple more accesories we added his room is complete!

Family

For the past 3 weeks our home has been filled with family from out of town to see our little man. My Mom was here for 2 weeks, lifesaver!, my sister Brandy and Dad for 4 days, and my mother in-law Judy was her for 5 days. We have loved having so much company and now with no one else besides Jordan and I again it is a little quiet! 6 more weeks, that is what I keep telling myself and everyone will be back for Drake's blessing. Can't wait to see you all again!

Pure Joy & Happiness...

That is what little Drake has brought into our home. Many words could describe this past week and a half; love. happiness. family. excitement. tv. 3 hour feedings. cuddles. many poopy diapers (especially right after changing him!). love (I already said that but so much love has been felt by this little guy).ect. ect. ect.

It's just so nice to have our arms filled once again and we could not have asked for a better baby! Perfection at it's best.

Finally... Drake arrives!

Drake Christopher Walburger was born this morning at 7:57am. He is 8lbs 14oz and is 20 1/4 inches long. He is already a sweet little baby and looks just like his older sister Maddie. Both Marlo and Drake are doing great. Here are a few pics from this morning and I am sure Marlo will post sometime in the next few days.

Baby Shower!!

My sweet, sweet friends threw me a baby shower yesterday and it turned out soo cute! They put so much work into it and I loved every bit. So thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!! They had the theme of green and brown, great food; fondue (cheese and chocolate!), cupcakes, yummy sandwiches, a delicious lime drink, cute party favors, a darling diaper cake, and so many friends... they made it so special for me. So here are a bunch of pics of all of the ladies and fun!

Nina personalized these adorable onesies. One says Drake, the other has DW on it, and the other says "I Luv My Big Sis!" I love them!

This diaper cake was just as adorable, and Marianne free handed the whole thing! Love it, love it!

There were so many little details that were put into this shower. Here is one of them! Melinda, you never cease to amaze me with your talents and ideas!

Even though my eyes are shut, I had to show off this amazing blanket my Mom made for little Drakers. I was so surprised, it is sooo soft and cozy. Love it.

There were so many great gifts! We are very ready and prepared now. Such a fun party. And now...TOMORROW is the big day! We will keep you posted!
