Just some randoms

New pjs and panda souvenirs from Mimi and Papa's trip to China.
If these two ever get married, this will be an awesome montage picture! Cracks me up.
Fun at the park...
and at home.
The cutest little swinger.
Pool season is already here for us in Texas!
Last weekend we decided to take Drake miniature golfing.  The verdict...he is still a little young and I learned that Drake gets very frustrated when he can't do something right the first time!
Sorry all of these are taken with my phone, so they aren't the greatest!

Drake was intrigued with all of the arcade games, and wouldn't you guess that he went straight to this one.  Hmm, should we be worried?
Little Miss before church.

FHE
Yesterday I was in the kitchen making dinner and Drake was so sweet and brought in his pirate ship and played with Lydia, giving her his figurines to gnaw on.
He liked shooting her with the canons too. :)
Just a little glimpse in the Walburger home!

Happy Easter

We have church at 8 am so the Easter Bunny came to our house while we were there and Drake was so excited to come home to see what He left him!  He left a Spiderman kick board, play-dough, a pez, and lots of eggs filled with candy and marshmallows.  Lydia got a toy and some puffs in her basket.  The kids looked so adorable in their Easter outfits.  Lydia's dress was so poofy, I loved it!

Our attempt at getting a family picture...

I had my settings all wrong and "the boys" were getting a little annoyed so unfortunately I didn't get any with the kids.

We had Easter dinner with the James' and Gardners, a reoccurring tradition now of 4 years!

It was such a beautiful day! After dinner we had a Easter egg hunt for the kids and then hung out for the rest of the evening outside.

Easter has a very special meaning to our family.  It is a celebration that Christ lives.  We celebrate His life and understand that because of the Resurrection we are not only able to live with Him again but our sweet Maddie, who we miss very much.  She is still very much apart of our lives even though she hasn't physically been with us for 3 1/2 years now.  Her name is brought up more and more now that Drake is understanding on a very small scale when we talk, pray and visit her.  We celebrate the fact that our family is forever and are reminded of that each Easter.

Visitors

It's a good thing for iPhone's or else I wouldn't have anything to document!!
Aunt Brittney came to visit!  We were all soo excited for her to come for a week and it went way to fast.  There is nothing like "sister time".   I loved being able to spend 24/7 with her,  it  had been a while since we had and I cherish every minute we had together.  Drake is still talking about Brit-ey.
There were lots of smiles and belly laughs had by all during the week!
Drake always looks forward to his "presents" when Brittney comes...this time some Rainbow flip flops and a bunny Pez.  They are the cutest flip flops on his wide, chubby feet!

A couple days into Brittney's stay Grandma and Pop Pop came into town too!
While they were here we went to the Waco Zoo, which is awesome by the way.  The nicest habitats and coolest animals I have ever seen for a smaller zoo!
Drake saying hi to the Tiger.
This guy was unreal!  He was pounding on the glass and was so up close it was crazy!  I had never seen an orangutan so huge before.  Drake got a little freaked out but loves looking at pictures now!

We also went to the new park in town.  Such a fun park!!

It always goes by sooo fast!  A couple of the days Britt, Mom and I all got to go shopping which was so fun.  We could be doing nothing and have such a great time together.  I wish they were closer and that Brands was with us too.  We just have to look forward to the next time we will all be together but so many memories were made and I loved having them in Texas!!
