It was a boating weekend and we had a blast... for the most part! Aside from a 17 month old that has a attitude and a mind of her own it was great! Our friends, the Barton's, kindly invited us to go out on their beautiful, new boat on Friday night and Saturday. As you can see in the pictures we are in sweatshirts with towels over us because it was a bit chilly and overcast, but that didn't stop us from having fun. The guys did a bit of wakeboarding while Alyse and I tended kids, we ate on the lake while Alyse and I tended kids, and cruised around on Lake Austin... while Alyse and I tended kids! Do you get my drift? We still had a great time. Maddie even went out on the tube with Tate, I was so proud! Friday she loved it; blowing kisses, waving, but Saturday she didn't want to have any part of it. All in all we can't wait until next time!

Besides Paul or Jordan, Maddie was the other driver when the boat was off. She loved that seat for some reason.

Super cute! I'm proud of you for braving the weather too. It's always seems to happen like that, when you want to be out on the water the weather doesn't cooperate. I like that Maddie likes being in control too, even in the driver's seat!
I love it! I love the part about us tending the kids. Oh so true. We can't wait to do it again!
