Oh Where Does The Time Go?

I decided I should post on our little man since he hit the big 6 month mark! Gosh, it's hard to believe. Drake is one happy boy who loves any kind of attention. All you have to do is just smile at him and a big gummy smile will appear with a squeal of excitement. Every baby has it's quirks, here are some of Drake's... ever since I can remember he has this little foot twirl going on 24/7. If he is laying on the ground they are twirling with his legs flexed out straight, in his car seat...twirling, in the shopping cart... twirling, in his high chair...twirling round and round, it is the funniest thing to watch and I love it! Since we have started baby food he has gotten pretty fond of the stuff, it took a couple of tries to find out his likes and dislikes but now he will grunt with excitement/"give me more" grunts the whole way through, it makes me laugh every time. He has very much mastered the jumping in his saucer, it's like he can't stop now. Even if he starts getting upset he will continue to bounce! Drake hums himself to sleep. I know when he is done playing in his crib and ready to drift off when he starts the humming. Or if I am not at home, it's nap time and I am trying to get him to sleep I know I am close when the humming begins. Jordan and I love going in after a nap to see the little guy because he gets super excited and starts throwing down his legs down as hard as he can. He brings them up to his chest, arches his back and throws them down, it is hilarious!

He is such a little love. He loves just to be held, kissed as much as you want, and snuggled with if you please. He is one special baby who I love so much. 6 months, where has the time gone? I don't know but I must admit I can't wait for the next 6 months and the next and the next.
