My baby is 3 months old today and I can't believe it! He has been nothing but the sweetest most chill baby ever. These picture totally capture his personality; if he isn't smiling he is just hanging out totally content while talking here and there. Now I understand how boys are so low maintenance! Drake is such a sweetheart and both Jordan and I can't get enough of him. I don't have those days where I am ready just to hand him over the second Jordan gets home or feel like I am constantly taking deep breaths which has been amazing. I have come to the conclusion that I think Heavenly Father figured he has given me enough trials and emotional difficulties to go through lately that he let me have someone who would give me peace and happiness. Yep, I think I am right. :) Drake is such a stud... here are some reasons why:
- He sleeps from about 9:30-45pm - 7:30-8am, and has been for about 3 weeks now!
- After I feed him in the morning he stays up for about a half hour and then back asleep for another good hour, hour and a half which means I get to go back to sleep.
- He smiles when I talk to him which makes me feel so happy and loved.
- He lets me take him around running errands for hours and doesn't complain.
- He lets me do just about anything I want without complaining!
- He is starting to really love his "softy". (If any of you knew Maddie she had to have her "softy" , it's just a square piece of the softest fabric with silk around the edges by Little Giraffe, to go to bed or to be comforted with or anything. She was already on her second one and she was 19 months! She loved it and now Drake has his and is starting to take to it just like his big sister.(They are wonderful!!))
- He is a chunk! He is probably weighing in at about 15 lbs. right about now. I love my chunky babies!
- I think he is a momma's boy which is all I could ask for! (He loves his daddy too, of course)
I love my little boy.

Oh Marlo! I'm so happy for you and Jordan to have such a studly son! Drake is such a cutie!
Ohhhh... you are making me so jealous! I want a little boy! Maybe someday... *sigh* I can't believe he's 3 months old... AND 15 lbs.!!!! My 13-month-old is only 18 lbs.! Maybe he can give her some lessons on GROWING! They DO grow up so fast though, don't they?
oh my gosh! look at those CHEEKS!! i love it. he is so adorable. and he sounds like such a sweet heart. it almost makes me want to try for a boy... almost. :)
Isn't it wonderful how Heavenly Father blesses us with what we need when we need it? He is adorable. I'm really interested in the "lovey". I think I'm going to try something like that with my next one. Ava on the other hand loves her fingers in her mouth or touching skin. I don't know how to break her of her little quirky habits... wish me luck.

He's totally a little stud muffin! I LOVE those cheeks!!! Chubby babies are the best... I'm having a boy in october, this totally got me stoked!
I love big babies! Drake is the cutest. I'm so glad that he is a good baby- you deserve it.
