It's A...

GIRL!!!

Bright and early on a Tuesday at 7 am, all three of us take off to find out what this little baby is. I personally was soo super excited, I checked in and they ask "Who is your doctor", so I tell them and they procede to tell me that my appointment was for Wednesday at 7am. My shoulders slump and I walk out to meet Jordan and Drake coming out of the elevator, "It's not 'till tomorrow" I tell them and Jordan goes off to work and Drake and I take off for home tired. So the next day alarm was set and we all head off again. We are not morning risers at our house, Jordan had to go to work anyways, but Drake and I were not used to getting up so early at 6:30am. But we did, I checked in and we waited. I have had this same doctor for both of my pregnancies and if anyone knows him, they know that he is notoriously late, hence I made my appt the first one of the day...Nope it didn't matter. We were still there for 2 hours. I don't get it. After about an hour we were called back and waited some more! You might be thinking, why not just get a new doctor? No, No, No not an option, the wait is worth it, I love my doctor so much and would never try someone new, but the waiting does get a little old.

Luckily Jordan had his ipod so Drake could watch Elmo, but that only lasts so long, then he ate his dry cereal, then we got to this point.... spinning on the doc's chair.

Finally my doc came in and we got to see our beautiful, healthy girl! When my doc said it was a girl I was so excited! It was what we were wanting so bad. I am so ready to bring all of Maddie's stuff back out and have another little girl in our home. I know it is a blessing.

After all of that Drake was so done and ready to get out of there and to be honest Jordan and I were too! But we left with happy hearts and fun pictures and crashed when we got home!

We are elated to know that we are having another girl and can't wait for her arrival!
