Cali

End of July we headed west out of the heat and welcomed the beautiful California weather.  We spent the week with Jordan parents and brothers Andy and Corbin and families.  I just have to say that I am so blessed to have married into such a kind and welcoming family.  I wish we all lived closer so we could spend more time with each other.  I guess that just makes the times we do see each other all the more special right?  Well this trip was no different.  The night we got there was opening ceremonies to the Olympics and every night from then on was spent gathered around the tv watching history be made.  We spent some time at the beach and everyday at the pool which I love the most so it was a fabulous stay.  We missed Beth and Jonathan and kids, but we were excited to spend sometime with little Natalie.  Drake loved being around all of his cousins who treat him so well.  I feel like I hardly saw him because he was off with all of his cousins.  That just makes me know that he is getting so much bigger being able to hang with the big kids. What a great trip.
